Caroline Burns is our OPT hidden hero. she has gone above and beyond during Covid impact to deliver many related workstreams including the Temporary mobile phone project (TMPP) and then keep people safe by identifying a prisoner exploiting a volnerable member of the public via our mobile handsets.
